8 ounces spaghetti |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 ounces feta cheese |
1/8 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain spaghetti. 2. In saute pan melt butter and oil together; add garlic; cook just until butter turns brown. 3. Add spaghetti; toss. 4. Add feta and Parmesan cheese; toss. |
