1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat. 3. Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Combine cooked linguini, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and butter in large bowl; mix well. 5. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 6. Put 1/2 of the linguine mixture in the bottom of the baking dish; spread so it covers the bottom. 7. Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese over the noodles. 8. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the linguine and cottage cheese. 9. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over first three layers. 10. Repeat the four layers in the same order. 11. Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. |
