(I like to put sauteed onions with this) Good substitute for potatoes.
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well; add remaining ingredients and beat until the dough blisters.
2. Drop from the tip of a wet teaspoon into boiling salted water.
3. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain.
4. Toss with melted butter.
