Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) buttered breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1&1/2 cup(s) grated cheese (sharp) |
2&1/2 cup(s) hot milk |
2 cup(s) macaroni (uncooked) |
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper (fresh ground) |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Cook mac as directed. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper. Add hot milk, simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup cheese, stir until smooth. Combine mac w/ sauce in baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes. |
