Soyu Chicken Hawaiian Style |

This recipe came from a coworker's mom who lives in Hawaii. It is easy to make and goes well with white rice. Aloha. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup water |
1 cup soy sauce |
3 green onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 lb chicken parts |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer about 30 minutes. |
