From Grassroots magazine Ingredients:
1 cup soya flour |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix oil and sugar together. 2. Add eggs and honey and beat well. 3. Add flours, nuts and vanilla. 4. Mix well. 5. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. 6. Flatten with floured fork. 7. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes until light brown. 8. Watch carefully. |
