Soya Egg Rice With Chinese Sausage |

1 cup rice, washed |
1/4 cup water |
45 g garlic, fried |
80 g chinese sausage, sliced |
45 g dried chestnuts |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
4 tablespoons dark soya sauce |
10 cooked quail eggs |
10 g coriander leaves |
5 g shallots, fried |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the Chinese sausage rice in a rice cooker and cook for 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, lightly crack open the quail eggs, and soak them in sesame oil and soya sauce for 5 minutes. 3. Top the soya eggs on the cooked sausage rice 4. Garnish with coriander leaf and fried shallots. Serve. |
