Sumu's soya Cutlet Ingredients:
soya granules - i cup |
onion - 1 (chopped) |
green chillies- 2 (chopped) |
ginger and garlic chopped - 1tsp each |
carrot and beans chopped - 1/2 cup each |
potatoes boiled and smashed - 2 |
coriander lvs chopped - 1/4 cup |
lemon juice 2 tbsp |
bread crumbs |
corn flour 4 tbsp |
salt as required |
oil for shallow frying |
Directions:
1. cook soya in boiling water for 5 mins , starin and squeeze to remove excess water. 2. fry onion in a table spoon oil till trancslusent add ginger garlic, green chilly stir fry till its golden 3. Add Carrots, beans and Soya mix well and add potatoes 4. take from fire and let it cool for a while ,Add lemon juice 5. Shape the mixture into small cutlets 6. make cornflour paste using cornflour salt and hot water 7. Roll these cutlets in this paste and then in bread crumbs 8. and Shallow fry in medium heat |
