soyachunks marinated and deepfried and topped with honey and chilli flakes-so it is a sweet and spicy dish, can be eaten as a starter or as a side dish with rice and yoghurt Ingredients:
1 soya chunks(cooked)-1 cup |
2 for marination |
corn flour-2 tablespoon |
soya sauce-i tea spoon |
egg-1 |
pepper powder-1 teaspoon |
salt |
3 spring onion-1/4 cup chopped |
onion- 1/2 cup chopped |
tomato-1 chopped |
4 oil |
5 chilli flakes -1 tea spoon |
6 honey-i table spoon |
Directions:
1. Marinate soyachunks with the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes. 2. Then deep fry them in oiil ,keep it aside 3. Saute chopped onions,spring onions and tomato in the same oil and add the fried soya in it.add salt if needed 4. Switch off the stove 5. Add the chilli flakes and honey over the dish and serve hot |
