Nice, simple recipe for gluten free cake. Good for candida dieter too. Ingredients:
60 g soy flour |
3 g baking powder (optional) |
60 g xylitol sugar substitute or 60 g sugar |
2 eggs |
20 g sunflower oil |
sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until it is fluffy. Put xylitol in and mix again. 2. Shift soy flour and baking powder together, and mix with above. 3. When everything incorporated, stir in sunflower oil and mix again. 4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. 5. Bake in pound cake tin for 20min, 180°C. |
