From my collection of handwritten recipes. This is a classic dip for dumplings, egg rolls, etc.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons fiely shredded ginger
1 pinch sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate leftover.
