I use this soy syrup for dipping my sushi rolls. Ingredients:
2 cups soy sauce |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped |
1 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Combine all & reduce at a simmer til a syrup consistency is achieved, about 70% reduction. 2. Let cool. |
