Deliciously Healthy Seafood Stir Fry Ingredients:
100 g squid rings |
270 g stir fry vegetables |
40 ml soy sauce |
250 g noodles |
Directions:
1. 1. Pre-heat skillet or Wok to medium to high heat. 2. 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 Minutes. 3. 3. Add one minute Stir Fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften. 4. 4. Add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 Minutes. 5. 5. Re introduce squid and Slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. 6. 6. Remove from heat and serve. |
