This is the easiest soup I've ever made, and is very nutritious. I think it's good for your busy morning soup. Miso is soy-bean based, so soy milk is. And when you use a packet of instant miso soup with Tofu... Yes! Soy, soy, soy soup! :) Ingredients:
8 g instant miso soup mix, one indivisual pouch |
180 ml soymilk, boiled |
Directions:
1. Prepare a soup bowl. 2. Place instant miso soup in the bowl. 3. Boil soy milk. 4. Mix the instant miso soup well with boiled soy milk. |
