This is a great way for women to get in the soy that they need. You can use a soy yogurt to make this a completely vegan drink. Ingredients:
12 ounces silken tofu |
4 cups nonfat yogurt (plain or berry) |
4 cups fresh strawberries or 4 cups frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Pour into four glasses and serve. |
