This is a great Asian-style dressing for a pasta salad. You can prepare this dressing in advance, but toss with the salad no more than 15 minutes before serving. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic |
1 tablespoon minced ginger |
6 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well-blended. |
