This was good on the Bean Sprout, Celery and Apple Salad. Ingredients:
1 egg |
250 ml ricotta cheese |
25 ml lemon juice |
5 ml dijon mustard |
5 ml celery salt |
15 ml onions, minced |
25 ml soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend till smooth. 3. Store in refrigerator. |
