I drink this shake everyday. It gives me all of the vitamins I need, plenty of protein, and a good start to the day. I've noticed that my hair and nails are stronger and healthier and my skin is also healthier.
Ingredients:
1 scoop spirutein unsweetened powdered soy protein concentrate
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon organic chunky peanut butter
8 ounces silk soymilk lite
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Mix all in blender.
