From Outpost Natural Foods. I never thought of using maple syrup to flavor a smoothie and it tastes great. Ingredients:
8 ounces orange juice |
1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate |
1 ripe banana |
5 frozen strawberries |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine in blender and process until creamy and smooth. |
