Make your own Soy Peanut Sauce by combining pantry staples with hoisin and soy sauce. It's ready in 10 minutes! Ingredients:
1/2 cup natural chunky peanut butter |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon chili garlic paste |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil |
1/4 cup toasted peanuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients, plus 1/2 cup water, in a food processor and blend just until combined. Pour over cooked and rinsed noodles. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per tablespoon. |
