Berries and banana smoothie made with soy milk. From the American Diabetes Association. plain or vanilla soy milk , banana, frozen strawberries or raspberries , vanilla or almond extract, Equal® Spoonful or Equal® packets cvt Ingredients:
3 cups plain soy milk or vanilla soy milk |
1 banana, peeled and frozen |
149 g (1 cup frozen) strawberries (9318) or raspberries |
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract |
8 g (8 packets) equal sweetener (83289) or 1/3 cup equal® spoonful |
Directions:
1. Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag and freeze. 2. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. |
