Soy Marinated Pork Chops Ingredients:
24 oz pork chops |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar |
2 tsp sesame oil |
1 tbsp fresh cilantro |
3 scallions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place chops, soy sauce, vinegar and oil in a ziplock bag. Turn bag several times to coat. Refrigerate to marinate, at least 15 minutes. 2. Remove chops from bag and discard excess. Warm a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chops until cooked through, 3 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with cilantro and scallions. |
