This is a dairy-free alternative to traditional hot chocolate. The use of non-dairy creamer adds a thickness and a richness that I associate with hot chocolate from my childhood. Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate soymilk |
1 -2 tablespoon non-dairy coffee creamer |
Directions:
1. Pour chocolate soy milk into a microwave-safe mug. 2. Microwave the soy milk for about 90 seconds. 3. Add non-dairy creamer to taste (I like to use the french-vanilla flavored kind). 4. Enjoy! |
