2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
2 teaspoons minced gingerroot |
1 lb mushroom, sliced |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add onion and ginger root. 3. Cook until onion is tender, 2- 3 minutes. 4. Raise heat to high, add mushrooms, and cook until they start to soften, about 2- 3 minutes. 5. Add soy sauce and sugar and cook, stirring, until mushrooms are tender, 5- 6 minutes. |
