1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 scallions, minced |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger. 2. Place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over. 3. Cover and marinate, turning occasionally 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. 4. Prepare a hot grill. Remove steak from marinade. 5. Grill 10-12 minutes. 6. Let rest 5 minutes before carving. |
