Wonderful dipping sauce for Asian dumplings...try with my Pork & Prune dumplings for a delicious appetizer! Source: Chef Sandy Patterson Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons mirin (or sake) |
1 spring onion, minced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 thai birds eye chile, chopped |
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, serve. 2. Best if made at least an hour prior to serving. |
