These pork chops are a hit with both adults and children. They are really quick and easy to make. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix |
2 tablespoons beef gravy |
Directions:
1. Fill a large skillet 1/4-inch high with water. 2. Add soy sauce, pepper, garlic salt, onion, gravy and soup mix to skillet. Allow to simmer on high 5 to 8 minutes. 3. Add pork chops; decrease to medium heat. Cook until brown, about 12 minutes on each side. |
