From Bon Appetit. Try this on roasted vegetables! Mixed greens! Yes, and spicy! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon red jalapeno chile, finely minced |
1/3 cup olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in the olive oil. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Cover and chill but bring to room temperature and whisk before using. |
