Soy-Balsamic Vinaigrette II

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red jalapeno chile, finely minced
1/3 cup olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and chill but bring to room temperature and whisk before using.
