Lamb is the traditional meat but this can be substituted with beef.
Ingredients:
500 g lamb, minced
2 teaspoons cumin, ground
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Mix the cumin, salt and pepper into the meat and knead for a few minutes.
2. Take a heaped tbsp of meat and shape into oval ball. Grill, turning so it browns evenly.
3. Serve as part of a meze with dips and bread. Or serve with salad for a complete meal.
