Good dip to go with Mexican dinners. Ingredients:
1 avocado (peel and cube) |
2 tomatoes (peeled, seeded and cubed) |
3 slices green peppers (chopped) |
1/2 medium onion (chopped) |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream avocado in food processor or blender till smooth. 2. Combine all other ingredients until well mixed. 3. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips. |
