Low-cal, low-fat yet savory chicken burger recipe. Great on a whole wheat bun with avocado.
Ingredients:
4 oz ground chicken
1 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tbsp bell peppers, chopped
1 egg white
1 tsp coriander, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and divide into two patties.
2. Grill or pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
