Low-cal, low-fat yet savory chicken burger recipe. Great on a whole wheat bun with avocado. Ingredients:
4 oz ground chicken |
1 tbsp shallots, chopped |
1 tbsp bell peppers, chopped |
1 egg white |
1 tsp coriander, chopped |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and divide into two patties. 2. Grill or pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. |
