Southwestern Soup With Choice of Garnishes

A flexible soup with a choice of veggies, seafood, meat, and other toppings of your choice.
Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup diced potato
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salsa, to taste
shredded cheese
diced avocado
diced green pepper
diced cucumber
2 ounces ripe olives
1 (6 ounce) can fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
1 (6 ounce) can baby shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup onion, sliced
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup diced tomato
sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine broth, carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, and worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
3. Before serving, stir in salsa, sampling as you go to get the right balance of flavors.
4. Serve the soup in bowls, and top with your choice of garnishes.
