Ingredients:
10 cup gourmet salad greens
1 cup sliced peeled papaya
1/2 cup sliced seeded peeled cucumber
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vinegar, ginger, and oil, and stir well with a whisk. Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat.
