Ingredients:
10 cup gourmet salad greens |
1 cup sliced peeled papaya |
1/2 cup sliced seeded peeled cucumber |
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips |
1/2 cup cilantro leaves |
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger |
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vinegar, ginger, and oil, and stir well with a whisk. Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat. |
