Ingredients:
4 cups minute rice |
1 cup black beans |
1 cup corn |
1 chopped red pepper |
3 chopped green onions |
1 (250 ml) bottle classic herb salad dressing |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Prpare 4 cups minute rice according to package directions. 2. Cool Add 1 cup each canned black beans, drained and rinsed, corn 1 chopped red pepper 3 chopped green onions, 1 bottle classic herb dressing 1 cup salsa. 3. Mix lightly. 4. Cover. 5. Top with handful of lightly crushed naco chips. |
