Ingredients:
1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained |
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Stir in tomato, cheese, chili powder, and salt; toss well. |
