this is one of those quick and easy things i put together in virtually no time using what was left in cabinets/refrigerator/freezer. my unexpected company loved it and encouraged me to share it - so i am Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag wacky mac pasta |
1 (15 ounce) can minestrone soup (i used campbell's) |
1 (12 ounce) bag morningstar farms meal starters grillers recipe crumbles |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (with liquid) |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix (chipotle) |
1 cup frozen corn |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. cook pasta according to package directions. drain and put back in pot. 2. add the soup, crumble, black beans, taco seasoning, corn, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. stir to combine. 3. heat over medium heat until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes). 4. sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted and serve. |
