Southwestern Hominy Casserole |

Ingredients:
2 (13 ounce) cans white hominy |
3 tablespoons grated onions |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
salt, to taste |
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (cheddar works fine, too) |
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into an ovenproof casserole dish. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. |
