Southwestern Ham & Eggs With Salsa

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons molly mcbutter
12 egg whites
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup minced jalapeno pepper
10 ounces lean ham, minced
1/2 cup salsa
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients (except salsa) in bowl & mix well.
2. Pour into 8 x 8 pan, bake 375 for 40 min.
3. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
4. Served with warmed salsa.
