SOUTHWESTERN EGGS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Herrin Estate in Canton, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion |
1/4 cup diced green onion |
8 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
3 ounces cream cheese cubed |
1/4 cup chunky salsa |
4 slices cooked bacon crumbled |
1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and diced |
