A quick southwestern dip with a little kick. You can spice it up to your taste preference. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( i use miracle whip) |
1 can chopped green chiles-drained |
1 tsp. ground cumin |
1/2 tsp. chili powder |
1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. onion powder |
1/4 tsp. paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix together and refrigerate 2-4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. Add more spice if you like it really spicy. |
