Easy corn soup my kids go crazy for. This is good with sandwiches and cool weather.
Ingredients:
1 minced fresh garlic clove
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen corn
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 lbs velveeta cheese
Directions:
1. Melt butter in dutch oven; add garlic. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Melt cheese and serve with chips.
