Easy corn soup my kids go crazy for. This is good with sandwiches and cool weather. Ingredients:
1 minced fresh garlic clove |
1/4 cup butter |
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen corn |
3/4 cup chicken broth |
3/4 cup milk |
1 1/2 lbs velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in dutch oven; add garlic. Add remaining ingredients. 2. Melt cheese and serve with chips. |
