This recipe came from my sister and can easily be made with Light or Fat Free Ranch for a lower calorie option.
Ingredients:
16 ounces coleslaw mix
3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 avocados, cubed
Directions:
1. Place coleslaw mix, onion and Cilantro in a serving bowl, stir to combine. In a separate bowl combine salad dressing, cumin, creole seasoning and pepper. Just before serving combine salad, dressing, and avacados.
