This recipe came from my sister and can easily be made with Light or Fat Free Ranch for a lower calorie option. Ingredients:
16 ounces coleslaw mix |
3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped |
1 cup cilantro, chopped |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon creole seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 avocados, cubed |
Directions:
1. Place coleslaw mix, onion and Cilantro in a serving bowl, stir to combine. In a separate bowl combine salad dressing, cumin, creole seasoning and pepper. Just before serving combine salad, dressing, and avacados. |
