Ingredients:
1 pound(s) chicken breasts bite-sized pieces |
2 cup(s) elbow macaroni uncooked |
4 ounce(s) velveeta cheese cubed |
1 can(s) rotel |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Stir in 2 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni, cover. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 15 minutes or until water is almost absorbed. Add cheese and rotel. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. |
