Best Crock Pot meal ever. Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast |
2 15 1/4-oz cans corn drained |
16 oz black beans |
20 oz jar chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Combine corn, Black beans, and 1 cup salasa in slow cooker. 2. Top with Chicken. Pour remaining Salsa over chicken. 3. Cover on High 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours. 4. Sprinkle with Cheese, sour cream, etc |
