Saucy, spicy, very easy mexican type casserole. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup minced onion |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 flour tortillas, 7 inch |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onions, drain. 2. Add beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. 3. Place mixture in greased 13x9 baking pan. 4. Arrange tortillas on top. 5. Combine soup and tomatoes. 6. Pour over tortillas. 7. Sprinkle with the cheese. 8. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes. |
