Serve these spicy nuts at your holiday cocktail party. Thanks to Nick of emazing for sharing this with us. Ingredients:
4 cups cashews, whole |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon coriander |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. 2. Add the nuts and cook,stirring frequently, until lightly browned. 3. Drain. 4. Toss with the spices. 5. Allow to cool before serving. |
