A tangy all purpose recipe that can serve as a dip for chips or veggies, a sauce for baked potatoes or a dressing for salads.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic container with lid.
