A tangy all purpose recipe that can serve as a dip for chips or veggies, a sauce for baked potatoes or a dressing for salads. Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic container with lid. 2. Adjust seasonings to personal taste. 3. Serve with your favorite dippers or on a salad. 4. Enjoy! |
