Southwest Style Peanut Hummus |

I got the idea for this hummus from Karina's Kitchen, a great food blog. I changed it a little and loved what I got. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained |
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 green jalapeno pepper, diced |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, diced |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a food processor and combine until they reach desired consistency. Add more or less oil as needed. Adjust flavorings to suit. |
