This is a recipe which I adopted but have yet to make.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup banana, sliced
1/2 cup mango, chopped (or you may use papayas or guava)
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
2. Strain if using mango.
