Ingredients:
1-14 oz can(s) black beans, rinsed and drained |
10 can(s) fat free cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream |
1 package(s) reduced fat crescent rolls |
1 cup(s) shredded 2% sharp cheese |
1/2 package(s) taco seasoning |
2-12.5 oz can(s) white chunk chicken |
1-14 oz can(s) yellow corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine soup and sour cream. Add corn, black beans, cheese, diced chicken, and taco seasoning. Pour mixture into a large sprayed baking dish. Cover mixture with 4 rolls to make the crust. bake 30 minutes 325 degrees or until brown and bubbly. (6 servings 7 points each) |
